    Hello

We have a customer who is trying to complete our form. It is a wedding competition giveaway and it only gives each person one entry.

The bride has successfully entered, however, she is trying to enter her partner and his entry will not be accepted. It says only one entry per person, however he has not yet entered. Can you please help?

    Thank you

That means you have enabled the unique submission feature in your form settings. To allow multiple submissions for each user, try disabling it by following this guide https://www.jotform.com/help/64-How-to-Set-Unique-Submissions-on-a-Form.

    No, you have misunderstood me.
It is a competition for weddings. The bride and the groom can enter individually.
The bride has entered no problem but the groom cannot. He is using a different device with a different email.

I did check your form and found that you have enabled "Unique Submission" as "Check Cookies and IP" and "Unique Question" as "Email". Please check the screenshot below:

Please note that if groom is using a different email and device but still using the same internet / IP address, form will not allow submission from same IP address as you have set "Check cookies and IP".

To solve this issue, please suggest groom to use some other device with different internet connectivity or disable "Unique Submission" but selecting "No Check" in form setting.

    Hope this helps.
