Teachers are having an issue with uploading documents to an application and it cannot be submitted without them. Plus the application is deleting all the information. Any suggestions? Below is the page, but it is not the one in which the teacher has the issue as it has been multiple teachers throughout the day with similar issues..

The problem was temporary and has now been fixed. Upload is now back to normal.
