Form freezing and unable to submit it

We have an artist submission form which has been working well but today I've had multiple notifications from artists saying when they go to submit and the whole thing freezes and crashes. They then have to fill the whole thing out all over again. Two reported not being able to submit at all.  

Is there something that can be done to fix this problem? 

As I check the form, it seems to be loading normally at my end. The account is also good in standing. Is the form embedded on any of your webpages and experiencing the issue? If so, please share the web page URL where the form is embedded so that we can check and assist you further. Also, please let us know if we can send a test submission to your form to replicate the issue at our end.
