error in submission form from a clone.

    whenever i clone a form and customize it, when i receive email notifications, it sends me the data from the original form. attached is the screenshot of the email i rec'd.

    You would need , delete the current email notification and create a new one

    Open your form (Edit Mode)

    1. Click Setup & Embed

    2. Click Email Alerts
    3. Select the Notification you want to delete

    4. On the Compose Email Window, click Delete E-mail button then click OK on the confirmation window to delete the opened Notification.
