How can i remove Paypal feature?

How do I remove this PayPal feature.

I have closed the account and opened a new one and the annoying thing is still there!!!

Hello,

You should click on paypal part in the form. You will see three icon.

Choose 'delete icon' to remove paypal.

But i see, you have already removed.
