    Por despiste, este año no he actualizado el servicio que tenía contratado con Vds. y no he podido beneficiarme de los descuentos que habéis promocionado durante el fin de año.

    Por favor, me podeis proponer un precio especial para que pueda activar de nuevo mi suscripción en JotForm.

    Unfortunately, the end of year sale already passed on January 11th, 2018 and I'm afraid that it's not longer possible to access the discount, you may need to wait until our next promotion in order to take advantage of that (there is no a due date for our next discount).

    Me parece bien pero para que siga como usuario de JotForm ¿no me podeis hacer un precio más ajustado? En caso contrario tendré que cambiar de proveedor. Gracias
