change autoresponder email content with form field values

Hi everyone,

I am working with the form names: Clone of Kieser Fitness.

My question is:

I want to add the value to in the Autoresponder Email after the customers chose 1. Bundesliga as team 1. FC Nürnberg vs. Hertha (1 Ticket) and Werder Bremen ( 1 Ticket)

For example: 

" Congratulation for your ticket between 1. FC Nürnberg vs. Hertha BSC / SV Werder Bremen.  "

How can I add the value likes that?

I tried with Notification-Email but somehow it doesn't work. I am looking towards to hearing from you. Thanks a lot!

You can add the form fields for the dropdown fields bundesliga vs the Quantity Gift Registry fields.

Here is a sample screen cast. I'm using notification but it should also work with the autoreponder.

You add the 2 dropdwon fields first(Bundesliga1&2) vs the Quantity Gift Registry Fields.
