Information from these forms is not being collected in the spread sheets.

Hello!  I will clarify what I was asking.  The information from these two forms (Studio Pianist Request Form and Ensemble Pianist Request Form) is supposed to be collected in the Excel Format SPREADSHEETS. For some reason the information from these forms is NOT being collected in the spread sheets.

To clarify, form submissions are not forwarded to the Google Sheets?

I have manually pushed your Form submissions to your Google Sheet for both Forms.

Can you please check if all the submissions are forwarded to your Sheet?

If the issue persists, you can try re-integrating your Form with Google Sheet.

However, a new Google Sheet link would be created when you re-integrate your form.
