How do I remove jotform branding on emails?

    I have tried your recommendations, question, do I have to create another form for it to take hold.

    I cleared your form caches. It should be okay now, please confirm and let us know if the issue still persists.

    Hello,

    To remove branding from emails, you need to edit the templates manually and delete the branding footer:

    New emails created with paid account should not include Jotform branding.
