I need to transfer account ownership from Enrique Jenkins to Chelsea Carl. She is one of the subusers on the account and I am leaving the company.

Please note that you are the one who can transfer ownership of the account by changing the login credentials at your account's profile: https://www.jotform.com/myaccount/
So, you can change the email address, and set a new password. If what you really want is to transfer your forms to another account, simply let us know the username of the account where your forms will be transferred to.
