I want to make sure when the form is submitted it will go to correct email.

    To clarify, do you want to receive submissions of your form to your email? If yes, please follow the guide below.

    Guide: Setting up Email Notifications.

    However, let us know if you are referring to something else so we can check for possible options.

    I HAVE BEEN WAITING FOR OVER TWO HOURS FOR MY ISSUE TO BE RESOLVED. HOWEVER, I SEE EVERYONE ELSES ISSUES BEING RESPONDED TO RESOLVED IN MINUTES.

    WHAT IS GOING ON? THIS IS BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL. I SPENT THE BETTER PART OF TODAY BUILDING MY FORM AND OUT OF NOWHERE I AM SIGNED OUT. MY FORM SAYS ERROR ON MY WEBSITE AND I AM RECEIVING AN AUTO SUSPENSION MESSAGE WHEN I TRY TO SIGN BACK IN. TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, I HAVE BEEN WAITING OVER TWO HOURS FOR A RESPONSE FROM JOTFORM. THREE(3) CUSTOMERS HAVE CONTACTED ME SO FAR STATING MY FORM IS DOWN. IM LOSING MONEY!!!!


    CUSTOMER NUMBER 7 HAS NOW CALLED IN WITH SAME COMPLAINT IN REGARDS TO THE ERROR MESSAGE AND NO FORM.
