Cannot get to forms

    Are you experiencing any outages. I can log into the site, but I cannot access any of my forms to complete them.

    I'm very sorry to hear that our site seems to be giving you trouble. I haven't noticed any problems surfing our website from my end and I can view your form just fine. Can you please try clearing your browser cache and then try to view your forms again and if it is still giving you trouble let us know.

    I am having the same issue. Cleared cache, restarted computer and router.

    Could be a regional thing? People in Indiana and Illinois are experiencing the same issues. I have multiple Jotform accounts. They are having issues with all forms.

    We deeply apologize about this inconvenience. If that is the message you are recieving it is possibly mostly due to heavy traffic on some of our servers since currently at this time it is normally peak hours here on our website when our services are normally used the most worldwide. 

    My suggestion would be to either wait a little while and try to access it again or you can try one of our other servers. Here's a list of a couple -

    (1) Jotform.ca

    (2) Jotform.us

    (3) Jotform.com

    (4) Jotform.eu

    (5) Jotform.net

    I am having the same problem today on all of my sites.  I've changed the servers as mentioned above with no luck.  When will this problem be solved?  It appears that additional resources need to be added.  I remember getting an e-mail recently stating that you have reached the 1 million users mark.
