Is total form count per month or in total?

Hello,

I am currently on the Bronze plan. Is the 25 form limit per month or in total? Also, if I were to delete a form I no longer need would that reduce my limit?

That would be in total, not per month. Yes, deleting and archiving forms will reduce form count.
