What is the largest file that your upload forms will allow?

we are running a short promo that allows users to upload 5 minutes of video (which I tested on iPhone as a 500mb file) 

what is the largest file that your upload forms will allow?

Hey Robert - The soft limit will depend on what you have configured for your FILE UPLOAD field.

There's a hard limit for everyone though.

JotForm upload max size = 1GB or less per file (use 1048576 value in KB to set the 1GB limit)

JotForm maximum number of files = Recommended value is up to 25 files per submission

Please be mindful of your usage limits too. For example, free plan users can only store up to 100MB worth of uploaded files.
