How to remove Page 2 next to "Thank you" page?

    hi , i suddenly confused to add Page 2 , i wanna remove this one. 

    how can i remove it ?

    It seems you already figured out how to fix this. You can delete page 2 by deleting the page break you have added to your form.1547897031pagebreak Screenshot 10
