Amount field does not show input

    The amount block in the form does not work.

     When an amount is entered in the amount field it does not list. Since it states that it is USD, I assume the $ should already be there.

    Hello, It seems that theme you have used is not applicable to payment forms. But, I have injected some CSS code to your form to fix it:
