Is there a way to have a certain field show on every page when printed?

Is there a way to have a certain field show on every page when printed? In this specific situation, I want a name to be printed as a header on every page of a multi-page application without forcing the people filling it out to type their child's name on every page. I'm only worried about the situation of submissions being printed (because we need to have a hard copy) just to help keep files straight, as there would be a lot of pages from all of the submissions. If it helps, I intend to use the child's name as the session ID so that people can save applications for multiple children.

Hello @NorthvilleRFKC - For this task, I would recommend you use our new PDF EDITOR. You can build and design a PDF where you can repeat the fields for each page (like how headers/footers work on documents). The approach will be similar, just add the name field at the top of each and every PDF document page and that should do it.

Ok, so I just made a PDF, but I'm not clear if this is going to be something that I have to redo for each submission? I don't have any real submissions at this point to try it (the application period has not started yet), I just made one fake one to test it out. Every time I added "child's name" it appeared at the bottom and I had to drag it up to the top. If I have to redo it for each child, that was way too time-consuming to be worth it.

Every time I added "child's name" it appeared at the bottom —

You can click on hold the small square icon on the lower left of the field to adjust the height so you can fit other fields on the page. In my sample screenshot below, try adjusting the size and move the "Child's name" on top.
