I had a problem logging into my account. I have requested a reset but didn't receive a mail.

I see that the same email address you used in opening this post is associated with 2 different accounts.
Account 1 Username: sabinemartens
Account 2 Username: deadpoet
When requesting for a password reset instruction, kindly use the username instead of the email address associated to the account. — How-to-reset-the-password
We also do not encourage our users to have the same email address for different accounts. If possible please update the email address of one of the accounts once you are able to log in to your account(s).
