How to Remove an Option from Dropdown List when Selected by Previous User?

    To whom it may concern,

My question is, I have a drop down option with names associated to it.

As someone clicks on there name and then signs the form, is there any way that we can have that name eliminated from the list, that way it will no longer be an option that is visible when the next person clicks on the form?

I go to sign in > I click the attendee name option > I find my name > I sign the form. The next person that come will not see my name as part of the list any more.

One person - one signature, until the list of names if finished.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you in advance.

It is not possible to achieve what you mentioned above using our dropdown field as it does not allow removing fields after a previous user has selected them.

A workaround is to use Widgets meant to deduct the amount available.

Note that if you set the value to 1, after the user selects that option, it will drop and no one will be able to select it anymore. You can also limit the user's selection to only one option on the list.

    Try one of these Widgets.
