Why is my Form Allowing Only Filling It Once from the Save Device?

We have a jot form enrolment form and it is only allowing our families to enrol 1 person is there a reason for this?

To fix this, set the unique submissions to no check. Refer to this guide: How to Set Unique Submissions on a Form

In your settings, you have the unique submissions set to check cookies only. This means the form will check the cookies of your browser and if they contain information that you have already filled the form, you will be prevented from filling it a second time.
