How can I have the signatures on the form included on the printed PDF?

    Please note that you can take advantage of our "PDF Editor"  to edit the submission PDF template and add the missing fields. Please check the screenshot below on how to add fields in PDF:

    Alternatively you can also add a new PDF Document as well by clicking on the "+New PDF" button. Please check the screenshot below:
