how do i print out a blank copy of my form?

You can create blank print out of your form, by opening the form in the new tab and click Ctrl+P.

1. Select the form you want print and click on View Form.

2. After opening the form in different tab, press Ctrl+P and click Print button. You can also select the pages that you want to print.
