Can clients upload artwork?

I'm considering using this product, but I need to know if the person filling out the form can upload their artwork (such as a logo or brochure) and how I would get that artwork before or during the checkout process.

If you are integrating a payment in the form, you will only get the files once the user completed the payment. If they abandon the payment process, you won't get the submission including the files, and they will sit on your incomplete payment page (for Paypal Standard payments).
