we havent used our account and meant to turn off auto renewal, can we cancel and get a credit

    I did check your account and found that you free plan. It seems you have send us an email for the same question and one of my colleague have already taken care of your account issue. 

    Refund is already processed for your last subscription payment. Please allow 7-10 days for the amount to reflect in your account.
