How do I add the current date to the form?

1.   Add the current date to the form? 

You can easily add the current date to your form by adding a "Date Picker" to your form, then go to properties of date picker then options, select current date(like shown in the picture below)

Additionally if you don't want the date to be changed simply go to advanced and toggle read

only.
