My customers are getting a form disabled message

    Hi Jotform,

    Please can you help me, my customers are getiing a error message saying 

    "Form disabled"

    This form has been disabled

    Can you please help me understand why this has happened?

    I think you have just figured this out. I see that form is now enabled, and I have just submitted it. Please let us know if the issue persists to your end. 

    I have also cleared your forms cache to make sure;
