    Feedback to new window

Asked by skbohler on January 28, 2013 at 04:05 PM

    Hello,

Is there a method to have the Feedback button open up in a new pop-up window, instead of in the Ajax within the same frame?

I know I can create a direct link to a pop-up, but I want to know if I can have a pop-up from the Feedback button.

Hello, I think this guide might help with that - http://www.jotform.com/help/220-How-to-Make-a-LightBox-Form. You should also be able to attach it to a Feedback Button instead of the link as provided.

I used those instructions before to create the lightbox form. However, I don't see anyway to link it to the feedback button.

The problem I have is that my Feedback button resides in a narrow frame. If I click on it, the lightbox doesn't fit in the frame. So, I want to have my Feedback button open a new pop-up window (non-lightbox I assume).

    Hi,

Can you please share to us the URL of the website where we can check the form? I am not sure about the issue you mentioned even though your feedback button is within an iframe. I am thinking maybe it only have something to do with the z-index value the reason it is going behind the other elements of the page.

    Please update us.

    Thanks.
