    Hi. We have begun creating with JotForms today and are happy with it many thanks. Just one question however - will the reader / form taker be able to upload any attachments through the JotForm ? For example as part of out question we sometimes ask for attachments of their relevant documents.

    If you could please confirm as soon as possible that would be great.

    Thank you and appreciate the support.

    That is also possible. Inside of this guide, you can find how to create a file upload form.

    Hi BJoanna,

    That's great news. Could I have your email address for contact details please or a way to efficiently reach out to JotForm Support ? For example I didn't get a notification from this support reply so an email would be more efficient.

    We are exploring a few options for our form providers but it would be ideal if JotForm could fulfil criteria.

    If you could please advise / confirm the following full feature requirements below that would be helpful for us to continue :

    Ability to upload logo (high res clear) ?  Work on the design of the form from theme to font customising ? Ability to upload files/attachments when completing the form ?  Admin side; do we get notifications of completed and outstanding forms ?  After creating is the template saved, editable and able to be sent out unlimited times ? Dashboard / data tracking capture ? App / mobile functionality ?

    Many thanks,

    Kacper

    Hi Richie,

    Many thanks that clarifies all apart from two questions;

    - is jotform in an app format; and if not then will it work well on mobile as far as the tracking of responses mainly.

    - currently for testing the forms we had sent it simply pasted the link of the form into an email as most contacts will be communicated that way. We wondered if within Jotforms we can have a way of viewing who hasn't filled out the form ? I know we receive responses of completed results which is great but wondered if perhaps there is a dashboard or something which shows the uncompleted/unsubmitted forms is there ?

    Many thanks for the support and clarifying those final two queries for us.

    JotForm is web based. However, they can work also in APPS that is using webview.

    Unfortunately, we can't view form users that doesn't submit the form. We can however check how many views your form has using the Analytics tool.
