How can I include the terms & conditions text field in the emails we receive?

    Hi, 


    We have created an on-line application and everything looks great.  When we receive the application back, is it possible to have the Terms & Conditions print when we print off the email?  It is placed in as a text box.

    The TERMS & CONDITIONS clause in your form is a TEXT FIELD. Only input fields are included in your emails by default. To add it, copy the actual texts then paste them inside your EMAIL NOTIFICATION's email content (step #6 on the guide below).
