Your forms are not working properly .... AGAIN!!!!

    I don't know if you realize it or not but you guys have a serious display (css?) issue occurring right now that can be seen on all browsers.

    Yes we are aware of it and we do deeply apologize about this issue. It is actually related to a issue with our CloudFlare provider that has affected certain regions including some of our servers as mentioned fully in this thread - http://www.jotform.com/answers/170705-My-forms-are-not-accessible-currently-Is-there-a-problem-with-your-servers?entrymessage=10732640770

    A solution that may help to correct the issue until it has been fixed as mentioned in the provided thread is to either Clone your Form or Create a New One.

    Well, even if the link you included actually worked, I don't understand why the customer has to do something to fix JotForm's problem.  More importantly, this problem occurs fairly frequently and for extended periods of time (nearly 4 hours this particular time and counting).  Do you guys realize that some of your customers' sales are dependent on your forms functioning?  Does JotForm think this is good business?  Has JotForm seriously considered finding a provider that is more reliable service/server because I don't see how any of us can remain customers given the instability of the service?

    Our service is very stable you can check the status daily here , the issue is only affecting forms that are being rendered into jotform.us , that is why we are encouraging people to clone forms . You can even log into the form builder using  www.jotform.com  our main domain , then clone your original form, this should solve the issue

    I am very sorry to hear about the impression about our service

    If you take a look at this other thread, that is how the issue needs to be resolved. Our developers are working hard in order to have the issue resolved as soon as possible
