Can I change my response email

    Can I change the reply email when someone hits submit after completing a form?  I would like to personalize it instead of the CHECK mark that is already there

    Are you referring to the Thank-You page that appears every time the form is submitted?

    That can be customized using the Thank-You page editing tools from its toolbars.
