Unable to change my account email.

    Hello,

    I asked these questions earlier but am still having some issue with the instructions which were sent:

    I went to change my email in my profile from carolhfranklin@outlook.com to carol@destination-depot.com.  However, I tried this three times and the email is still the outlook and although it is saving, its saying the destination-depot email does exist already.  This doesn't make any sense.

     

    As for the personalized email auto response when people submit a form, the instructions are not clear.  I don't see where I write the personalized one.  I really need a video or an opportunity to speak with someone to help me through if at all possible?  Its not helpful to me to not have someone to talk with.  I am attempting to meet a deadline and I am new to JotForm. 

    PLEASE HELP?

    Sorry, but we currently don't offer phone support at the moment.

    Upon checking the emails you've mentioned, it seems that both emails are registered and has an existing Jotform account that is why you are not able to change the email.

    The other account with your depot.com email is using the ddjotform2018 username.
