    Hello there, would you have special pricing for 501c3 non-profit organizations?

    We will review and respond to your application as soon as possible, I can not give you ETA, it's usually within the same business day when we receive it, but it depends on how many applications we have that day.

    Thank you, we submitted the form last night. If I go ahead and pay for the service today before the approval will they update and refund the amount?

    You need to wait for the approval confirmation to upgrade to the non-profit pricing correctly.
