I deleted two forms but am still being told I have reached my limit.

Upon checking, you currently have 10 active forms so you can still create 15 forms in the bronze plan. Are you still not able to create forms? Could you please check and confirm if the issue still persists?
Try clearing your browser caches and cookies. That may fix the issue.
