Where have my submissions gone?

All of my submissions have disappeared. Please help.

I reviewed your account logs and there are no submissions made on your form. You can also check this by following this guide: How to View Your Account Activity Logs.

Perhaps you are referring to different forms or different account? However, if the submissions are really lost in your form/account. Please confirm and give us a proof of submissions you received on one of your forms so we can raise it to our second level for further review.
