Autoresponse instruction is not clear.

As for the personalized email auto response when people submit a form, the instructions are not clear.  I don't see where I write the personalized one.  I really need a video or an opportunity to speak with someone to help me through if at all possible?  Its not helpful to me to not have someone to talk with.  I am attempting to meet a deadline and I am new to JotForm.

Currently, we only support Chat, Forum and email response. We don't have phone support at the moment. Sorry, about that.
