Looking for single choice with image and text

    Hi there,

    I am looking into adding an image to the "single choice" option. So far I couldn't find any suitable solution. 

    The idea is to put people into different mailing lists depending on their choice. 

    Is there any way to do that? Maybe by adding the images using CSS?

    Looking forward to your suggestions.

    You can use Image Choice field.
