Fillable PDF form: How to minimize space (height) of fields?

Hey!

Im testing Jotform to automate the hiring process.

Now I have a legal document that in holland we MUST just when hiring e new employee.

Only I cannot match the fields because of the hight each field needs.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to change height of elements for fillable PDF forms at the moment. I will submit a feature request for this option and when it gets available, we will inform you here. But, I would recommend to consider creating an online form instead of fillable PDF form. 

1) Web version of the form can be submitted using any modern internet browser. Online forms allow to customize fields as much as you need with CSS code. 

2) Fillable PDF version of the form - using Adobe PDF viewer or Foxit PDF viewer. Fillable PDF forms do not support online payments and most of the widgets. 

We will gladly assist if you need any further help. 

 So if I use an online form us u suggest the data can be merged is the PDF?

(it needs to be this form due to regulation)

I'm not sure I understood your question regarding data merged in PDF correctly.

Can you please explain further how you want the data to be used?

The submission is stored in our servers and you can view the submissions in the submission page.

Thanks for the fast reply, I need a filled and signed PDF as an end result. 
The PDF needs the layout or simular layout as the document in the link provided.

I have checked the layout and we can do that in JotForm.
