hello, why i am not receiving any form since the 16 of january??
i have some customers contacting me telling they are not able to send it …. why?

I checked the website, and I can also replicate the problem. The form validation is not working, and the submit gets stuck at Please Wait... message. This is a clear indication that your form is experiencing conflict in the page. To fix this, you will need to re-embed the form using our iframe method:
