Good morning,
I am trying to add a slider scale response to our survey but I am having some issues getting the column labels to display properly.
The columns should display Strongly Disagree to Strongly Agree on top of the slider. I have written in the columns, but it only displays one of the columns on the right side of the slider.
The attached Screen shot shows the issue. I marked the rough placing of where I want the columns to display with an "X".
Is this an issue with the question, or am I not looking in the right area to edit the column display ?
Thanks,
Max

I have cloned your form and was able to replicate the issue. I could view only one scale label at a time on the top of the evaluation slider on the right side.
Let me forward this to our back end team to check. Meanwhile, I suggest that you try using the "Radio button" input type for the question.
We will update you on the status of the issue via this thread when we receive an update.

Hello LandOD,
We have checked the ticket assigned by our support team.
Before we start to explain, we want to say that the 'Evaluation Slider' works as expected.
The 'Evaluation Slider' splits each column value you have given into n steps. As a design decision, the value selected by the user is shown at the right-side instead of showing as column and value.
As users drag the bar, the value selected at the right-side is changing.
How to work :
As my colleague mentioned, you can use another input type that shows the column and value information. For example, radio button .
We have registered your request as a new feature request. You will be informed if there is any improvement.
Regards.
