Form is not including all information in the confirmation emails!

    Hi, 

    I have a pretty lengthy form, that has all required information included. When I do the tests, it includes only some of the information and it also is not including the updated questions from my form. 

    Also, it is not pulling information to my spreadsheet that was linked. 

    How can I fix this?

    As I check the email notifications sent from your form, it seems that they are being sent as it is set in the notification.

    Also, it is not pulling information to my spreadsheet that was linked. 

    We are unable to access the Spreadsheet linked to the form due to permissions issue. Please try reintegrating the Google spreadsheet to your form if you are experiencing any issues with it.
