I need to create an intake form that includes a scheduler

Hi, Currently I use schedule once to book calls, but I need an intake form to be filled out. Can a jot form create a form that includes booking a scheduled call?

We need to know how the scheduler works in the form. If it is just selecting a date and time, our forms can do that.

If the form is selecting date and time, can certain times and dates be blocked off? Also when someone schedules that time can it prevent future customers from scheduling that same time?

When restricting respondents from selecting the same date previously selected by another user in an earlier submission, you can use the Date Reservation widget.

However, if you want to include the time in the equation, you can set both the Date field and the Time field as the Unique Questions in the form following this guide — How-to-Have-Unique-Question-Using-Multiple-Fields

With the Unique Question option, the respondent will only know the date and time he/she selected has been previously submitted after he/she attempted to submit the form.
