Appointment Slots issue after transferring ownership

    Hello,

    I made a form using the Appointment Slots widget to track registrations for classes but I'm having some issues. I set the availability to 18 and despite people registering for the classes it still says "18 available". I've successfully used this widget in past so I went to the to my old forms and realized they're now having the same issue and are constantly displaying the max seats instead of what is available based on registrations. I tried copying the form to trouble shoot it and the form worked fine until I transferred it to another account. After I transferred the form, it broke again. Now it constantly displays the max seats again despite there being someone registered for the class. Do you know how to resolve this issue?

    I have tested a cloned version of your form and I can't seem to replicate the issue at my end.

    Can you please share to us a submission ID to count how many submissions have been made with the widget? We can update the widget however by doing so it will reset to the max number available.

    May we know if you have embedded your form into your web page?
