Is there a way to send someone automatically to another webpage after they filled out the jotform page? In my case, I'd like people to fill out the mini-intake questionnaire and then be forced to make an appointment.

Right now, people skip the mini-intake and just make an appointment. The questions appear first on the web page and then following it, a way to schedule the appointment.

We have to contact the person to fill in the questionnaire.

I suppose they're avoiding it because Jotform is connected to my email system and they are enrolled into my e-newsletter. However they can actually unsubscribe.

Or do you have other suggestions?

    Thanks for your help.

Yes, there is a way to do that, you have to redirect your users by using the Thank you page:

Just use "REDIRECT TO EXTERNAL LINK (or a custom Thank You URL)" option and place the URL to your questionnaire.

Let us know if that is what you had in mind.

    Thank you!

As often happens - I received the answer almost right after I asked the question! Good to see it in writing though!
