HIPAA Compliance: Is Dropbox integration available?

    Good afternoon,

    We did not use the BOX integration feature for our HIPPA form, we just added the specific box emails as a destination for the PDF. 

    It seems now that we have upgraded to HIPPA, the PDFs are no longer sending to the BOX folders. 

    Please let us know if this has changed or if there is something we can do to make this work.

    Upon checking, I can see that your form http://www.jotform.us/form/90217159116150 is not integrated with Box.com.

    I also noticed that you haven't upgraded or switched your account to HIPAA yet. Please follow this guide to switch your account to HIPAA https://www.jotform.com/help/500-How-to-upgrade-to-HIPAA-Compliance.

    Correct. Like I said, we did not use the Box integration. Rather, under the "Emails" Section, we added another notification email that sends directly to a Box folder. This has been working for us just fine until we upgraded to HIPAA Compliant today. Since I could not find a work around for this, I downgraded again back to the regular system so that I could try and test other ways to figure out a solution. 

    Here is what I mean by sending a Box notification e-mail instead of actually integrating the form with Box directly.

    Since I noticed that after upgrading to HIPAA forms, there was no way to integrate with Box, I decided to try using Dropbox instead. However, now that I am trying to upgrade to the HIPAA Compliant system again, it is telling me that I cannot because "Dropbox" is not a hipaa compliant system. But it was earlier when I did the integration. It seems that things are not always standard with the form settings. Earlier today Dropbox was an option and now it is telling me that it is not an option with HIPAA forms. So I am a bit confused.

    Also, I just upgraded back to the HIPAA compliance, signed the BAA, and it is not showing in my account. It looks as if I have not upgraded at all. But I have a signed copy of my BAA. 

    Please advise. I really don't want to change my password and sign up for a third time.

    I checked on our test HIPAA account and Dropbox integration is available. I am not sure why you got that message. I will have to check this with our developers.
