I cannot recieve emails

    I am not receiving emails, on my email "info@bfsmachinery.com". Please help.

    Your Notification email is set up correctly on your form. Please check the spam folder to ensure the emails are not ending up there. If so, follow this guide to whitelist Jotform IP Addresses and Domains.

    Did the whitelist email and IP addresses. Still not receiving emails. Spoke with our GSuit email service from Google. They say, email sending is problem.

    When I fill the form on my website, this appears in submission of Jotform. But does not get delivered "info@bfsmachinery.com"

    I have noticed that you have set up your own SMTP. I have sent you a test submission but your auto-responder did not send me a notification mail. We have tested our own SMTP and it works correctly, please make sure that your SMTP works. If you have any more difficulties regarding this you should consider using the Jotform SMTP.

    I spoke with google and they confirmed their smtp as - smtp.gooogle.com,

    Still its not working.

     In this case, pls guide me how I shud use jotform smtp.

    It seems that your SMTP Details are incorrect. The Username should be your email address.


    Please double check the other details as well.
