Can I password protect a form?

I would like to password protect a form so that we don't have unnecessary submissions. Is this possible?

Also, will I be able to convert my current form to a HIPPAA compliant form?  Or would I have to recreate it?  Is it possible to get a 30 day trial HIPPAA account?
    Thanks!

Password protecting your form is a feature that JotForm doesn't offer. However, there is a workaround that you can do with your form to require your potential respondents to enter a correct key/code first before they can see the form entirely.

You can use conditions in your form to Show/Hide multiple fields based on another field's answer (code/key field). This is easy when using a Form Collapse. Here's a guide — Show-or-Hide-multiple-fields-at-once-using-form-collapse-tool

Please give it a try and let us know if you need any further assistance.

As for your other concern about HIPAA, I have moved it to a new thread considering it is about another topic. Here's the link to that thread — https://www.jotform.com/answers/1709485

I will be responding to that other thread soon.
