Form is showing an incomplete values even fields are all filled.

This form - https://form.jotform.com/83395837029165 - isn't allowing submissions due to an error, and the error message states that "Cell Phone Number is a required field." There is not a "Cell Phone Number" field on the form, and there also isn't a field I'm leaving blank when I test it.

Any insight? Thanks so much!

Your form is now fixed. I loaded it on our old builder and that seems to have fixed the ghost field. Please test it out and let us know if you are still having an issue.
