How to printing Individual results when an answer is hidden?

Hello!

I had to use logic to "hide" answers on the form so that a respondent is unable to change answer after entering it.  Once the answer is submitted, a critique shows indicating the correct answer and explanation of why the other answers were not correct.  I need to provide a report of each individual response, however, since the answers are hidden, the report is also blank.  From what I understand in previous communications, there is not a way to "lock" an answer and hiding all of the answers for each question is the only option available.

Unfortunately, when the field is hidden it will also be hidden in the submission. It is the same as not choosing the answer.

Are you trying to disable the field once the user clicks or selects the answer? You can use the disable/enable option for that.

However, if the user wants to change the answer or configure the options, they will not be able to change it.

Also, you can not create separate reports in one form, if you want to create separate reports then you need to create one or a new form for that.
