Hi I am a little confused about this still. I want to know if this would work if we wanted to have one form that our client fills out and then another form based on what client fills and then have a form with that data another employee fills in more information about what the client wants and needs?

The guide where you posted this comment gives detailed instructions on how to pass data from one form to another. Based on how you described your requirement, this approach will work.

The idea is to use the FIRST FORM that your clients will fill out > client submits the FIRST FORM > the FIRST FORM redirects to the SECOND FORM > the SECOND FORM gets prepopulated with data from the FIRST FORM > then your employee can fill out more fields as needed.

Please give it a spin using the guide linked above and if you stumble upon an issue along the way, let us know and explain what you have done so far, and what the issue is. Don't forget to share the URLs of both forms too so we can have a closer look.
